  • Lead Providers

Essential requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience with the ACC Sensitive Claims service

  • Hamilton-based

  • Registered with NZAC, NZPB, or similar

  • Skilled in trauma work (including complex and sexual abuse cases)

  • Strong report writing & deadline management

  • Confident with Microsoft Word, email, document uploads

  • Organised, responsive, and process-driven

  • A true team player who values open communication and collaboration

  • Sense of humour 🤣

 

Desired

  • Flexibility for after hours

  • Familiar with Client Management System (CMS)
