Selena is the leader of our organization, responsible for overseeing the ACC Sensitive Claims Team (ASCT) and the Waikato Community Support Team (WCST).
As a mother of five adult children, including twins, and a grandmother to six, she appreciates the complexities of family life.

Selena is dedicated to providing support throughout your journey. Her commitment and insights foster a compassionate environment for those seeking assistance.

Client & Provider Relationship Lead

Meet Stacey, the friendly face at HEART who expertly triages referrals, manages client inquiries, provider applications, and coordinates appointments.
With a holistic approach personal wellbeing, she finds balance in her life through her love for cats and meditation.
Outside of work, Stacey is a dedicated mom to two teenage sons and enjoys the of her four daughters, all while nurturing her newfound passion for plants. 🌱🌿🪴
