Our small, family-run agency is a unique collective of highly skilled professionals who deeply value your mental health and wellbeing. HEART Collective was founded by Selena Needham, and has rapidly expanded to meet the growing demand in services, to become the reputable agency it is today.

Selena heads our organisation overseeing the ACC Sensitive Claims Team (ASCT) and our Waikato Community Support Team (WCST). Mother of five adult children, including twins, and Granmama to six gorgeous humans, life is never dull! Drawing on her own experience of terminal illness, domestic violence and sexual abuse, Selena is passionate about supporting you in your journey.

Clinic Manager
Stacey is the first point of contact at HEART - triaging referrals, managing client enquiries, processing provider applications and onboarding, and booking appointments to name just a few of her key roles. Yoga, cats & meditation are an integral part of Stacey's holistic approach to personal wellbeing. She has two teenage sons, and four feline daughters that keep her busy outside of work and a newfound love of all things green 🌱 🌿 🪴
